• Juniors wanting to take the PSAT test should stop and see Ms. DeMuth and get on the list.  Cost is $20.00.

• Quarter 1 midterm ineligibility list has been posted.  Eligibility forms are in a folder on the counter in the office. 

2024-2025 Homecoming Information:  

• Homecoming Dance permission forms are at the office (file folder on counter). 

• High school girls planning to play Powder Puff football, need to stop and pick up the permission form from the office (file on counter).  These need to be returned before you will be allowed to play. 

• Homecoming King Candidates - Alex Bacon, Sam Hoodjer, Wyatt Jensen, Peter Kielman, Austin Rottink, & John Stauffer. 

• Homecoming Queen Candidates - Sidney Jacobs, Addy Johnson, Jeni Johnson, Addison Litterer, Claire Lodge & Emmalee Manwarren. 

• Dress Up Days 

Monday - Country vs Hip Hop Tuesday - Dress in Mismatched clothes Wednesday - Dress like a Rockstar 

Thursday - wear Neon colors Friday - Clarksville Apparel 

2024-2025 Activity Admission Information:  

Admission Prices: $6.00 / Student $7.00 / Adults

Activity Tickets: $70.00 / Student $85.00 / Senior Citizens $95.00 / Adults

Tickets for the Gate:  1.) purchase on Bound 2.) purchase with a credit/debit card at gate 3.) show your Activity Ticket 

 NO money will be accepted at the gates during the school year.  Everything will be done online. Questions - see Mr. Rupe.

Information for Seniors:

• Reminder - YOU must check in and out every day when you leave / return from Senior Release through SmartPass. 

• All seniors must stop and see Mrs. Backer again RE: Diplomas - step 2.  

• Seniors - Herff Jones will be here on Monday, September 30th over the noon hour to measure for caps & gowns.  You will need to get measured first before leaving for senior release. 

Miscellaneous Information:

• Mrs. Fenneman will be in charge of Technology this year.  She will be available 3:00-3:20 p.m. or you may email her with any questions and/or concerns.

• Reminder Students - when entering the parking lot doors, please make sure your hoods / hats are off and down so that the office staff can see who they are letting in the building. 

• Reminder – doors do not unlock and breakfast does not begin until 7:45 a.m. Students should not be arriving before that time.

• Students should not be in the building before 7:45 a.m.  If you are here for weight lifting, you need to stay in the gym area until breakfast is served at 7:45 a.m. 

• When doors are unlocked for substitutes - students should not be in the classroom unsupervised.  

• Students should not be in classrooms without a staff member unless you are given permission from that teacher. 

• Reminder – on Wednesday early outs, all students are to leave the building.  No one is allowed to stay in the gym unsupervised or in any other part of the building.  Students will not be allowed back in the building for practices until 3:20 p.m.  

• Students on the ineligibility list should pick up the form at the office once grades are brought up to become eligible again. These need to be signed off by your teacher and turned into the office.
