• The North Butler Clarksville Wrestling webstore is now open:  https://stores.teamelitesports.com/north_butler_clark_wrestling            Store Close:  11/5 Orders Back:  11/22

• The FFA clothing store is now open until Sunday, November 17th. https://1800tshirts.chipply.com/Clarksvilleffa/   See Ms. Richards if you have any questions. 

• There is a signup sheet at the office for basketball cheerleading.  

• 2024-25 Athlete/Parent Informational meetings will be held in Greene at North Butler HS on Wednesday, October 30th at 5pm. These meetings are for 7-12 boy and girl wrestlers. 

The Clarksville Public Library is looking for JH/HS students to help with the Halloween Parade that we are having with the Clarksville Nursing Home.  This will be outside the Nursing Home on Thursday, October 31st from 4:00-5:00 pm (please arrive at 3:30 pm).  We will meet on the Northeast/front side of the Nursing Home. This is a great opportunity to earn silver cord hours!  If interested, please contact Kris Clark at the Library:  clarksvillelib@butler-bremer.com or 319-278-1168. Costumes are encouraged (but not required).

Admission Prices: $6.00 / Student $7.00 / Adults

Activity Tickets: $70.00 / Student $85.00 / Senior Citizens $95.00 / Adults

Tickets for the Gate: 1.) purchase on Bound 2.) purchase with a credit/debit card at gate 3.) show your Activity Ticket 

  NO money will be accepted at the gates during the school year.  Everything will be done online. Questions - see Mr. Rupe.

Information for Seniors:

• Reminder - YOU must check in and out every day when you leave / return from Senior Release through SmartPass. 

Miscellaneous Information:

• Mrs. Fenneman will be in charge of Technology this year.  She will be available 3:00-3:20 p.m. or you may email her with any questions and/or concerns.

• Reminder Students - when entering the parking lot doors, please make sure your hoods / hats are off and down so that the office staff can see who they are letting in the building. 

• Reminder – doors do not unlock and breakfast does not begin until 7:45 a.m. Students should not be arriving before that time. Students should not be in the building before 7:45 a.m.  If you are here for weight lifting, you need to stay in the gym area until breakfast is served at 7:45 a.m. 

• When doors are unlocked for substitutes - students should not be in the classroom unsupervised.  

• Students should not be in classrooms without a staff member unless you are given permission from that teacher. 

• Reminder – on Wednesday early outs, all students are to leave the building.  No one is allowed to stay in the gym unsupervised or in any other part of the building.  Students will not be allowed back in the building for practices until 3:20 p.m.  

• Students on the ineligibility list should pick up the form at the office once grades are brought up to become eligible again. These need to be signed off by your teacher and turned into the office.
